You can use it for hidden surfing, so you can view a website without actually connecting to that website (you go via proxy1.eu). Although this proxy may be aimed at hidden surfing, web proxies like this are almost always used to get around school or work website filters to access sites that have been blocked or banned.

Proxy Surf works like any regular proxy. It is easy to use, no hidden or misleading URL box (so you don’t end up doing a Google search instead of a proxified page…), and seems quite fast too.
